How to Travel from Ho Chi Minh to Cu Chi Tunnels

For budget traveler, we recommend you to take the bus to Cu Chi tunnels. It is the cheapest way and convenient if you do not want to spend much money on transportation. However, you will have to catch 2 buses to finally reach Cu Chi tunnels. The first one will be bus number 13 which will take you to Cu Chi bus station and then bus 79 to the tunnels. Alternatively, it is possible to take a motorcycle taxi without bus 79.

Taxi and private car are always available in Ho Chi Minh and they will happy to transfer you from the city about 50 km to Cu Chi tunnels.
