From Hanoi: 3 Days Explore Pu Luong and Ninh Binh – SIC

DAY 1: HANOI – PU LUONG (L, D)

07:00 AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and head to Pu Luong, which is about 180 km away (4 hours drive). We’ll stop for 15 minutes in Hoa Binh along the way.

11:00 AM: We have lunch at a local restaurant and check in at your homestay to relax.

01:30 PM: We’ll travel to Don Village to learn about the Thai Den people and see their beautiful rice fields. We’ll also visit Hieu Waterfall, where you can take a shower and enjoy nature.

05:30 PM: Back at our homestay, you can enjoy a massage by the local Thai people.

07:30 PM: We have dinner. Afterward, we can sing and dance with the Thai people at a local restaurant or your homestay.

DAY 2: PU LUONG – NINH BINH (B, L, D)

07:00 AM: Wake up and enjoy breakfast and head to the market on Doan Street to buy local specialties and gifts (only on Thursdays and Sundays).

Then, we’ll go to Cham Stream. We can kayak or raft on bamboo, and then hike about 700 meters to Chay Cave. It’s the most beautiful and deepest cave in Pu Luong, with amazing rock formations. On the way back, you can take a dip in the stream.

01:00 PM: Have lunch and relax.

03:00 PM: We’ll drive to Tam Coc, Ninh Binh.

05:30 – 06:00 PM: Arrive in Tam Coc, check in at your homestay, and take a break.

07:00 PM: Enjoy dinner at the homestay and relax.

DAY 3: NINH BINH – HANOI (B, L)

07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at your homestay. Then, our guide will give you a bike so you can ride to Mua Cave.

When we get to the top of Mua Mountain, we’ll see the whole area of Tam Coc.

Next, we’ll bike to Bich Dong Pagoda, an old temple built on limestone mountains. After biking for half the day, we’ll go back to the homestay and check out.

01:30 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afterward, we’ll take a boat tour of the Tam Coc area, which means “three caves.” We’ll float down the Ngo Dong River and enjoy the amazing views.

04:00 PM: We’ll head back to Hanoi.

06:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, our guide will drop you off at your hotel. End of services.
