05:30 PM: Our local street food guide will pick you up from your accommodation via taxi or Grab car. Leave the touristy areas behind as you embark on a culinary adventure to the non-tourist districts, known as a street food paradise.

Along the way, indulge in “Bánh Xèo” and “Bánh Khọt” – traditional Central and Southern Vietnamese rice pancakes loaded with fresh Vietnamese vegetables and herbs.

Meander along a street famed for its barbecue seafood vendors and head to a local-favorite eatery to taste the finest “Bò Lá Lốt” (Beef in Wild Betel Leaves) or the specialty “Bánh Canh” – a special Pork Noodle Soup or Thick Noodles Soup with Grilled Chopped Fish.

Your mouth-watering journey continues as you navigate the alleys of the street food district, sampling delectable “Bột Chiên” (Pan-Fried Rice Cakes with egg and spring onions) expertly cooked by a local chef with over 25 years of experience.

Alternatively, enjoy Steamed Rice Rolls “Bánh Cuốn” – thin sheets of steamed rice batter filled with ground pork and minced wood ear mushrooms. These rice rolls are topped with scallion oil, crispy fried shallots, and served with fresh cucumbers, lettuce, Vietnamese herbs, blanched bean sprouts, and slices of Vietnamese sausage (Chả Lụa).

Conclude your Saigon street food walking tour at the night flower market and street food paradise, indulging in a delightful dessert such as coconut ice cream or avocado ice cream.

After that, our guide will take you back to your hotel. End of tour.

One of our friends recommended Ms. Jane from Vietnamtours.in as they were super happy. Based on the lead we connected with her and we took a 9 day tour package for Vietnam and Cambodia.
