DAY 1: CAM THANH COCONUT VILLAGE – HOI AN CITY TOUR – DROP FLOWER LANTERN (D)

12:30 PM: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An.

01:00 PM: Begin your adventure at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, where you’ll step into the shoes of a fisherman. Here, you’ll learn traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats through the serene waterways lined with coconut palms, remnants of past wars.

This tour offers an authentic glimpse into the social and cultural fabric of Vietnam’s local life. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities that are enjoyable, safe, and suitable for everyone.

03:00 PM: Secondly, our guide and driver will take you to Hoi An Ancient Town.

First up, you’ll head to Hoi An Market, a lively place that offers a vibrant shopping experience. It’s packed with sights, colors, sounds, and smells.

Next, you’ll visit Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mix of bright gates, dragon statues, and intricate rooftops. You’ll learn about ancestor worship as you observe local devotees making offerings at the family altar. Then, you’ll explore some remarkably well-preserved old houses like Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House, which have stood the test of time for over 200 years. You’ll hear stories about the prosperous merchants who once lived in these homes, trading with people from all over the world.

After that, you’ll head to the Museum of Folk Culture in Hoi An, housed in a 150-year-old Chinese merchant house. Here, you’ll see artifacts depicting ancient local daily life and enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.

You’ll make a stop at the Japanese Bridge, a more than 400-year-old bridge that connects the Japanese community with the Chinese community across the water. You’ll admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge and learn about their symbolic significance.

Finally, we’ll visit some of Hoi An’s famous handicraft shops and art galleries, exploring smaller lanes and local neighborhoods to fully appreciate the endless charm of Hoi An.

Have dinner at a local restaurant.

06:30 PM: To top it off, you’ll enjoy a boat ride and release a flower lantern to wish for luck for you and your family, immersing yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of the lantern-lit streets.

07:30 PM: Our guide will take you back to your hotel.

DAY 2: CYCLING – LOCAL EXPERIENCE (L)

08:45 – 09:00 PM: Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Hoi An and provide you a bicycle to ride to a local market.

Here, you’ll learn about the various uses of vegetables in both food and medicine.

Along the way, you’ll soak in the beautiful views of the Hoi An countryside and meet friendly farmers.

Then, we’ll head to Tra Que Vegetable Village, known for its traditional craftsmanship.

10:15 AM: You’ll have the opportunity to taste É Water, a health-promoting tea made from garden herbs in Tra Que Village.

You’ll also get to wear a farmer’s uniform and a conical hat, experiencing firsthand the organic vegetable-growing practices passed down through generations.

10:50 AM: Back at the local house, you’ll be treated to a massage using herbs from the garden, focusing on your head, shoulders, and feet to help you relax.

11:30 AM: You’ll prepare for a cooking class. You’ll learn how to create decorative flowers from vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, and spring onions, before diving into the preparation of five delicious dishes.

After the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations along with some rice and stir-fried morning glory with garlic for a satisfying meal.

Enjoy your lunch after the cooking class.

01:30 PM: You can take a leisurely rest before cycling back to the hotel.

DAY 3: CHAM ISLAND SIGHTSEEING AND SNORKELING (L)

07:30 – 08:30 AM: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An City to Cua Dai Harbor.

08:30 AM: Relaxing in fresh cool wind, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape on a speed boat to Cham Island.

09:00 AM: Arriving at Lang Beach. Visiting the Marine Protected Area, the Boat Shelter, Hai Tang Pagoda, traditional fishing village.

10:00 AM: Swimming and snorkeling.

11:30 AM: Staying at Bai Ong ecological zone or Bai Chong beach, swimming, taking time to enjoy a seafood lunch.

02:00 PM: Packing luggage for return trip to Hoi An.

02:30 PM: Our driver will take you back to your hotel and finish your trip.
