DAY 1: HUE – FULL DAY CITY TOUR (L, D)

07:30 – 08:30 AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up from designated meeting points in Hue city center.

The first stop on our Hue tour is Minh Mang Tomb, beautifully situated near the poetic Perfume River. Next, we’ll stop at the foot of Khai Dinh Tomb, where you can explore its unique blend of European and Asian architecture.

Afterward, we’ll visit the tomb of the renowned poet-king, Tu Duc Tomb. On the way there, we’ll have the opportunity to witness a performance of Kinh Van An martial arts, a traditional Vietnamese martial art dating back to the Nguyen Dynasty.

12:00 PM: Enjoy a delightful culinary experience with a 50-dish buffet featuring European, Asian, and vegetarian options, showcasing the flavors of Hue’s imperial cuisine.

In the afternoon, our guide and driver will take you to the Imperial Citadel of Hue, the only place in Vietnam that preserves the setting of the ancient feudal court. You’ll have the chance to explore the living quarters and court areas of the Nguyen emperors.

Leaving the Imperial Citadel, we’ll visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda, built during the reign of Lord Nguyen Hoang, and shrouded in fascinating legends.

04:30 PM: You’ll board a boat from the dock near Thien Mu Pagoda and cruise along the romantic Perfume River back to Hue, disembarking at Toa Kham Wharf.

Our driver will then take you to a restaurant for dinner, followed by a relaxing evening at your hotel.

DAY 2: THUY BIEU – TAM GIANG LAGOON (B, L, D)

08:00 – 08:30 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our guide and driver will pick you up for the Thuy Bieu – Tam Giang tour. We’ll board a dragon boat and head upstream on the Perfume River towards Thuy Bieu.

09:30 AM: After enjoying tea in a lush fruit orchard – a specialty of Thuy Bieu – at a beautiful traditional house, you’ll embark on a bike ride through the peaceful countryside, taking in the refreshing scent of wildflowers. You can experience farming activities or join the locals in preparing a rustic meal with fresh ingredients from their gardens.

Enjoy lunch and conversation with the local residents.

02:30 PM: We’ll depart for Chuon Lagoon, part of the Tam Giang – Cau Hai Lagoon system, the largest in Southeast Asia.

03:30 PM: Here, you’ll witness the magical changing colors of the water. Then, join the fishermen in activities like casting nets and setting traps.

We’ll enjoy dinner at Chuon Lagoon, featuring seafood dishes from Tam Giang Lagoon.

05:30 PM: We’ll board the boat to watch the sunset over Tam Giang Lagoon, and then our vehicle will take you back to the city.
