Tra Que Vegetable Village – Cam Thanh Village – SIC

DAY 1: TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE – LANTERN MAKING (L)

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Hoi An and provide you bicycle for your trip.

We’ll ride through paddy fields and shrimp farms.

First, we’ll head to Tra Que Vegetable Village. You can relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside while strolling through the vegetable gardens.

You’ll get an opportunity to participate in traditional farming activities like digging, sowing, planting, and harvesting using ancient tools.

You’ll also taste E Water, a specialty of Tra Que, known for its medicinal flavor from various vegetables. It’s a chance to experience life as a farmer with plenty of engaging activities.

Next, we’ll leisurely bike through rice fields and villages to visit lantern-making artisans. These skilled craftsmen will demonstrate how to craft colorful lanterns. With their expert guidance, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own lantern, a perfect gift for your family.

01:30 PM: After the learning experience, the guide will take you back to your hotel.

DAY 2: CAM THANH ECO TOUR (L)

09:00 AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby and transport you to Cam Thanh fishing village.

09:30 AM: Arrive at Cam Thanh village, where you’ll meet local fishermen and immerse yourself in their daily lives.

10:00 AM: Take a bamboo basket boat on the Cam Thanh water coconut forest and have a brief introduction to the history there.

11:00 AM: Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat race.

• Go catch the crabs
• Return fisherman’s house for a welcome drink
• Enjoy Lunch

After the rest, we will take you back to Hoi An and we’ll ensure you’re dropped off at your hotel. End of tour.
